MTL Models MGMT is a boutique modelling agency based in Montréal, Canada, with over 20 years of experience in the fashion industry locally and internationally. Founded through discussions with mother agent Chantale Nadeau, the agency was created to bring a global perspective to model development while maintaining a strong focus on the Montréal and wider Québec fashion markets. Our approach is built on a carefully curated roster, allowing us to focus on quality representation and long-term career growth.

We represent new and established talent across Montréal, Québec, and beyond, working with models and clients in fashion, commercial, editorial, and production.
