MTL Models MGMT is always looking for new faces and emerging talent to join our boutique modeling agency in Montréal.
You do not need previous modeling experience to apply. We scout individuals with natural presence, strong potential, and a unique look who are interested in pursuing modeling locally and internationally.

Model Requirements:
Women
Minimum age: 13 years old
Height: 5’8” – 5’11½”
Men
Minimum age: 16 years old
Height: 6’0” and above
If you are under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must attend any in-person meeting requested by the agency.
MTL Models MGMT believes in diversity and representation and welcomes applications from individuals of different backgrounds, sizes, genders, and ages.
How to Submit Your Digitals
Digitals are simple, natural photos that allow our scouts to see your true look clearly. These images are an essential part of your application to MTL Models MGMT.
You can take your digitals using a smartphone. Make sure you are in good natural lighting, ideally during the day near a window. Choose a clean, non-distracting background—a plain white wall is always best.

No. You do not need to be based in Montréal to apply. We represent models both locally and internationally. Whether you already travel for work, plan to relocate in the future, or are currently based elsewhere, we can begin developing your career remotely and discuss opportunities based on your profile.

No experience is required. Many of our models are discovered with no prior experience. We are looking for natural potential, personality, and camera presence.
